Possums Netball Club policies, procedures and resources for Coaches and Team Managers

POLICES & PROCEDURES

To support the 2024 Grading Component for players and Possums committee, Possums Netball Club will implement the following for these sessions:

We will have 3 people in each grading age group, attempting to not have a parent where their child is in that age group.
Graders will follow Netball Australia selection policy (will be available shortly)
Grading will be over 2 sessions.
Every effort will be made to ensure a fair and approachable process.

COACHES & MANAGERS RESOURCES

WWC Record Form

Coaches & TM Pack

All Coaches, Team Managers & Parent Helpers will require a WWC (Working With Children's Check) to be provided prior to first game. Policy is a requirement by Child Safety Standards with Netball Victoria.

COMPLAINTS & CONCERNS POLICY

As per the Netball Australia / Netball Victoria adapting legislation, clubs are required to build a Compaints and Concerns policy with a nominated Complaints Manager and Decision Maker with incident reporting.

This is currently being built by the Child Safety Officer and the Executive Committee.
